Hayate no Gotoku!! 2nd Season Episode 25 (END) – “Packy” Pleasures

Available in every hundred-year-old-phantom-store-only-known-by-a-few-people

This is the last episode of J.C. Staff’s Hayate no Gotoku!! 2nd Season anime. Such a shame it has to end~

This episode is about Hayate’s misadventures to obtain a special snack treat known as “Packy”, which is obviously our favorite snack, the magical Pocky. We also run into several montages of some supporting characters.

Expect a lot of old background characters roaming the streets, Hinagiku in Wonderland and maid Hayate. Also expect new characters in the end.

Hayate no Gotoku!! 2nd Season Episode 24 – Confessions ; Conclusions

The highlight of the episode, Hina's confession to Ayumu.

This episode focuses and revolves around the night of Sakuya’s birthday where two stories unfold. Hinagiku finally decides to tell Ayumu what really happened between her and Hayate. Nagi goes missing and it’s up to Hayate, Isumi and Sakuya to look for her.

Expect moe-moe Hina on a ferris wheel, an emotional Nagi, a certain bit of Hayate’s past, Sakuya… imouto character?!

Hayate no Gotoku!! 2nd Season Episode 23 – Secretive Secretary

Kasumi Aika and Harukaze Chiharu, a focus of the episode.

April 3rd. Aizawa Sakuya’s birthday. The time of the year when supporting characters run amok.

This episode is about Sakuya’s birthday party, introducing the Aizawa family. It also re-introduces Kasumi Aika, Vice-President of the Hakuou Academy Student Council. Harukaze Chiharu is also featured in this episode. Wataru and later on, Hayate, are thrown in the spotlight thanks to Sakuya’s persistence. By the end of the episode, things take a serious turn as Hinagiku finally confronts Ayumu, resolving to tell her the truth… next episode!

Expect more of Sakuya and her family. Haru-san and Aika-san and some Wataru loving.

Hayate no Gotoku!! 2nd Season Episode 22 – Cafe Catastrophe

April Fool's ended 2 days ago, Nagi!

Hayate, Nagi and Ayumu work for the Cafe Donguri because of a need for part-time jobs. Nagi and Ayumu face each other and Hayate tries to keep everything in order. Maria appears later on to spy on them and see how they’re doing but ends up being in a weird situation with a mangaka.

This episode focuses on Nagi and Ayumu’s rivalry once again. It also emphasizes how Nagi has improved throughout the course of the series into a better person.

Expect more Ayumu and Maria fanservice.

Hayate no Gotoku!! 2nd Season Episode 21 – Tiger Troubles

Main focus of the episode.

An episode about Tama and Nagi’s first meeting eight years ago, Nagi’s promise to Tama, and Shiranui’s budding friendship with Tama. Make way as the talking tiger takes the lead in this episode.

Expect lots of Tama and 1% Klaus.

Perfect for those Isumi fans... and maid fans... or maid Isumi fans!

This episode is all about maids. Maids, maids, maids and lots of maids. Truly a maid-full episode in which it features maids, maid activities, maid fetishes, maid uniforms and maid cafes. We meet Haru-san, who is also a maid, who works for Sakuya Aizawa, who has a friend who wants to get the maid’s spirit, namely Isumi, in an attempt to fulfill the father’s maid desires.

Expect Isumi in a maid outfit, less Hina, Nagi and Maria (appears a lot but generally ignored) and more of Haru-san, Isumi and Linn Regiostar… who is this guy?

Hayate no Gotoku!! 2nd Season Episode 19 – Parody ; Present

This week's featured Duel: 3 v 1, the Three Stooges vs Nagi!

Spring is the start of new things. Nagi makes a resolve to be a better person but gets lost in Shinjuku after Hayate went to buy a cellphone. Very interesting references come her way. After that, we learn that Sakuya’s birthday is almost here and her friends think up of a good way to make her laugh on her birthday by using Maria.

Expect some Sakuya and less Hina.

Hayate no Gotoku!! 2nd Season Episode 18 – Cookie Caper

What did you expect as the opening image this time?

It’s White Day and Hayate thinks of a return gift for Ayumu even though she said she didn’t want any. Hayate seeks help from Hinagiku, and the latter becomes torn between doing what is right and what she wants. Of course, she does what she thinks is right, as part of Maria’s advice but the struggle in her feelings are evident. More misfortune comes in Hayate’s way as he tries to deliver his return gift for Ayumu.

Hayate no Gotoku!! 2nd Season Episode 17 – Mother Matters

Maria's fear had come true... a lolicon was born...!

In Nagi’s desire to get a super sexy body, she teams up with the alien that landed on her room and helps her return to the spaceship. But as she and Hayate get a disagreement, she finds herself trapped in the spaceship on a light speed trip. Isumi regains her power through Hayate’s blood and sends Hayate to the ship to save Nagi before she gets sent light years away from Earth. After the whole space fiasco, Nagi reminisces about her late mother…

Expect some Hinagiku x Ayumu, a bit of Hayate x Kotetsu, Hayate x Nagi and… well, more people in towels.

Hayate no Gotoku!! 2nd Season Episode 16 – Rodent Rival

Was the new Transformers movie that bad?!

As Nagi and Ayumu escape the clutches of the killers, Hayate teams up with an unexpected person to take the killers out. Because she helped Nagi when she was lost, Nagi ordered Hayate to ride the bike with Ayumu to Shimoda Onsen and Hinagiku comes in to scold Hayate, forcing him to come with Ayumu. Upon reaching the onsen, Nagi remembers her mother and Sakuya shows up to bathe with her in the onsen. As the day ends, Nagi looks out to the stars and from out of nowhere, an alien crashes into her window…

Expect a bit of fanservice. Also, some Hayate x Ayumu.

Hayate no Gotoku!! 2nd Season Episode 15 – Lost Luck

Back from the exams. Time to get cracking, starting with Hayate’s new episode.

A meteorite crashes in Izu, stirring up rumors of an onsen gaining magical powers that can fulfill one’s wish. Due to this, Hayate, Nagi and Maria set off to the place but Nagi somehow ends up lost. Soon afterwards, Hayate and Maria run into Hinagiku and Nagi runs into Ayumu… and some killers.

Since I mentioned onsen, you may be thinking of fanservice, but actually, that one starts next episode.

Isumi loses her spiritual power and a blood sacrifice is needed to restore it. The catch? Hayate fits every category of the compatible donor. This episode introduces the females of the Saginomiya clan.

The main focus of this episode.

As the power of bokutou Masamune grows, Hinagiku’s emotions flow uncontrollably and spills her heart out to Hayate in the middle of their duel. She receives the best birthday present and reveals her past that is very similar to Hayate’s. A 100% Hayate x Hinagiku-friendly episode and one unforgettable episode.
